When your health factor (HF) approaches 1.0, borrowers should consider repaying part of their loan to maintain a healthy HF. If borrowers fail to make repayments, their collateral may be at risk of liquidation by others.

It’s essential for borrowers to monitor the floor price of their collateral across various exchange platforms. If an on-chain auction for the collateral begins, borrowers still have window to repay the loan, along with a fine, to stop the auction.
